INSTRUCTIONS
Mix to- gether first 5 ingredients, mix the sugar and oil and add the
beaten eggs and vanilla, then add the dry ingredients alternately with 1/2
cup of walnuts and 1 cup of grated carrots. Bake in greased and floured
loaf pan 1 hour in 350 oven.
