Carrot Pudding

INGREDIENTS

2 cn Sliced carrots; drained
1 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 Stick parve margarine
3/4 c Sugar; (mixed white and brown)
1 tb Hot water
4 Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat, going from low to high until
smooth. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
or until the top is firm but moist.
