Indeed our utter incapacity is often the prop He delights to use for His next act… We are facing one of the principles of Yahweh’s modus operandi. When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Once we see where God often begins we will understand how we may be encouraged.

Cashew Cookies

Eggs, Dairy Cookies 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Margarine
2 c Brown Sugar
1 c Sugar
3 Whole Eggs
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
6 c Flour
2 1/4 ts Baking Powder
2 1/2 ts Baking Soda
3/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
3/4 ts Nutmeg
1/2 pt Sour Cream
5 1/2 c Cashews; In Large Chunks
1 Stick Butter
1 1/4 pk Powdered Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

FROSTING
Cookies:
1. Mix in order given and drop a rounded tablespoon for each cookie as
these are large cookies.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for to 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Frost while still warm.
Frosting:
1. Brown butter; beat in powdered sugar & vanilla and enough milk to make
the right consistency for frosting cookies.
