INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c Lemon juice
3 T Butter or margarine
3/4 c Sugar
1 t Lemon peel, fresh grated
1 ds Salt
1 3 oz pkg. cream cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

In a heavy pan mix eggs, juice, butter, sugar, and salt.  Bring to a
boil while stirring over low heat, then cook 3 more minutes. Beat
cream cheese and lemon peel. When egg mixture is cool, blend into
cheese until smooth. Store in refrigerator. Recipe By     : The
