Cheryl’s Rainbow Salad

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Creamette Rainbow Rotini
Uncooked
12 oz Imitation crabmeat, torn
Into bite size pieces
8 Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Onion, halved sliced
1 c Cheddar cheese strips
thinly sliced
1/2 c Celery, sliced
3/4 c Bottled Italian dressing
1/4 c Mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare Creamette Rainbow Rotini according to package directions;
drain. Combine rotini and next five ingredients; blend together
Italian dressing and mayonnaise. Toss dressing with salad mixture.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill.  Refrigerate leftovers. 4 to 6
