Ingredients: 2 Chickens; 1/2 pt Yogurt; 2 tb Coriander; 2 tb Turmeric; 2 ts Cumin; 8 Chiles; 1 ts Fenugreek seed; 1 Clove garlic; 1 Onion; chopped; 1 Piece ginger; minced

INGREDIENTS

2		Chickens
1/2	pt	Yogurt
2	tb	Coriander
2	tb	Turmeric
2	ts	Cumin
8		Chiles
1	ts	Fenugreek seed
1		Clove garlic
1		Onion; chopped
1		Piece ginger; minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix it all together and marinate overnight. Braise in liquid til tender. Or
drain and roast in oven.
