Ingredients: 200 g Chicken breast meat; cut into strips; 1 tb Oil; 1/2 lg Onion; sliced; 1 tb Carrot strips; 2 tb Oyster sauce; 1 tb Sesame oil; 5 tb Water mixed with 1tsp cornflour

INGREDIENTS

200	g	Chicken breast meat; cut into strips
1	tb	Oil
1/2	lg	Onion; sliced
1	tb	Carrot strips
2	tb	Oyster sauce
1	tb	Sesame oil
5	tb	Water mixed with 1tsp cornflour

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil and fry the chicken until half-cooked. Add the onion,
carrot and seasoning and continue to fry until the chicken is cooked
through
Add the cornflour mixture and bring to the boil. Serve immediately.
