Chile Powder Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3 tb Vegetable oil
2 tb Flour
1/4 c Chile Powder
2 c Beef broth
24 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Cumin
1 Clove garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil and garlic in large saucepan. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute on
low heat. Stir in chile powder. Stir to remove lumps. Add remaining
ingreadients and simmer 15 minutes. Remove garlic clove.
