I daresay the devil finds himself at home in Hades. But if he could be converted into a seraph, he would not stop in hell for an hour. He would never want to go there again for pleasure. Of that I am certain. And when a man who professes to be converted says that he goes into the world and into sin for pleasure, it is as if an angel went into hell for enjoyment.
The fundamental pre-construction process can be summarized in the following points:
1. Understanding how the vision for the church dictates a need to build.
2. Understanding whether it is the Lord’s timing for the church to build.
3. Understanding what the church can afford to build and how the church will pay for it.
4. Understanding what the church needs to build and why it is the right thing to build to meet the needs of the ministry.
5. Developing a building plan that is defined by the church’s needs and bound by the budget of the ministry.
6. Starting a capital campaign.
7. Securing a financing commitment.
ICING
CAKE: Heat butter, cocoa and cola to boil. Pour over flour and sugar. Add
eggs and butter-milk with baking soda in it. Add vanilla and marshmallows.
Pour in greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes -- test middle
with toothpick. (This batter does not look like cake mix!) ICING: Bring
butter, cocoa and cola to boil. Pour over confectioner's sugar and add
nuts; cream well. Ice cake as soon as it's taken out of oven.
