When we seek to find our identity, our core value, in the things of this world, we will always feel empty, insufficient, unworthy and insecure on one end or proud, boastful, smug and self-righteous on the other end. Basically, as we see with most people, there is no satisfaction on either side of the equation.

In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 c. cocoa and 2 Tblsp. sugar. Add 3
Tblsp. of hot water and stir until well blended. Place 1 sliced banana in
the container of a blender; cover and blend. Add cocoa mixture, cover and
blend. Add 1 1/2 c. skim milk ans 2 c. non-fat frozen yogurt. Cover and
blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. (No cholesterol
and 1 g fat per serving.)
