Name: Coconut Bon Bons #1
Ingredients: 2 Boxes powdered sugar; 1 cn (13.5-oz) condensed milk; 1 Stick butter; softened; 1 cn (3-oz) coconut; 1 pk (2-oz) chocolate chips; 1 Stick paraffin; 1 c Chopped pecans (if desired)

Let us consider what regard we ought to have to our own duty and to the grace of God. Some would separate these things as inconsistent. If holiness be our duty, they would say, there is no room for grace; and if it be the result of grace there is no place for duty. But our duty and God’s grace are nowhere opposed in the matter of sanctification; for one absolutely supposes the other. We cannot perform our duty without the grace of God; nor does God give His grace for any other purpose than that we may perform our duty!

Coconut Bon Bons #1

INGREDIENTS

2		Boxes powdered sugar
1	cn	(13.5-oz) condensed milk
1		Stick butter; softened
1	cn	(3-oz) coconut
1	pk	(2-oz) chocolate chips
1		Stick paraffin
1	c	Chopped pecans (if desired)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix powdered sugar, milk, butter, coconut & pecans. Roll into small balls.
Place on cookie sheet & refrigerate to get hard. Melt paraffin & chocolate
chips in double boiler. Using a toothpick dip balls into paraffin mixture
while hot.
