We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

The shepherd is called a watchman for good reason! He can never neglect the safety of his flock, nor be indifferent or reckless concerning their constant need for food and shelter. If he becomes timid and self-preserving, he will run at the first sign of trouble and the sheep are doomed. If he miscalculates the seriousness of his duties and becomes careless or casual, the flock will not be spared.
Jerry Wragg

Every temptation is a kind of test, but not every test is a temptation. Tests and temptations have different purposes, and they come from different places. Tests are designed to show what someone can do. Their purpose is positive, which explains why God himself tests people, as he tested Abraham (Heb. 11:17). A test is a trial posed by God to prove the strength of our faith. Temptations, on the other hand, are more negative. Their explicit purpose is to entice people to sin, which is why they come from the Evil One. A temptation is a trial posed by Satan, with the wicked hope that we will fail.

INGREDIENTS

3 oz Cream cheese. softened
1/2 c Butter or margarine; softened
4 c Powdered sugar
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
2 c Flaked coconut; (small flakes)
Semisweet chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat cream cheese and butter in large mixer bowl until smooth.
Gradually blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Blend in coconut. If
necessary, chill about an hour our until firm enough to handle. Form
into desired shapes. Place on wax paper-covered tray or cookie sheet.
Cover loosely and chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight. They should feel
dry to the touch before coating with semisweet or bitter sweet
chocolate. (I like Ghirardhelli's).
I'm not sure if these are just like Mound's because I only make them
at X-Mas and haven't tasted them for a year. If my memory doesn't
deceive they're quite similar and very good. [Note: Don't try coating
these in milk chocolate. Tastes weird.] Enjoy.
