Ingredients: 1 pk Spinach chopped(cook/drain); 1 c Water chestnuts(drain/chop); 1 pk Knorr vegetable soup mix; 1 c Mayonnaise; 8 oz Sour cream

Mix all.  Refrigerate 2 days.  Serve on crackers.
