We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

I bear my testimony that there is no joy to be found in all this world like that of sweet communion with Christ. I would barter all else there is of heaven for that. Indeed, that is heaven. As for the harps of gold and the streets like clear glass and the songs of seraphs and the shouts of the redeemed, one could very well give all these up, counting them as a drop in a bucket, if we might forever live in fellowship and communion with Jesus.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Whole cranberries
1 Whole orange
1/2 c Water
1 c Granulated sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

PICK OVER THE CRANBERRIES and wash the orange. Zest the orange, making
certain not to take in any of the bitter white pith. Juice the orange.
Place the cranberries, water, orange juice and sugar in a saucepan and
bring to the boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the
skins of the berries begin to pop. Do not overcook or the berries will be
mushy. Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest. Transfer to a serving
bowl and let cool. When room temperature, refrigerate for at least 2 hours
before serving.
