INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook rice as for any basic boiled or steamed rice (see recipes).
2. While the rice cooks, prepare any of the toppings below.
3. Add to fully cooked rice as indicated below. TOPPINGS (see recipe):
1. Beef Topping for Cooked Rice #1
2. Beef Topping for Cooked Rice #2
3. Chicken Topping for Cooked Rice
4. Mixed Vegetable Topping for Cooked Rice
