Cornell Recipe Barbecue Marinade

| 5 | Pieces of chicken or a large london broil: | |
| 1 | c | Cider vinegar |
| 1/2 | c | Oil |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Poultry seasoning |
| 5 | ts | Salt; (I usually reduce this to 3 tsp) |
| 1/4 | ts | Black pepper |
| 1 | Egg |
INSTRUCTIONS
