Cottage Cheese With Green Pepper

INGREDIENTS

400 g Cottage cheese, cubed
1 Capsicum, chopped fine
50g.
200 g Curd
2 t Salt, 10 g.
1 T Garam masala powder, 15 g.
1 Coriander leaves, chopped
fine
15 g Mint leaves, chopped fine
6 Flakes, 12 g. garlic
chopped fine
Salt to taste
100 g Red cabbage, shredded
1 Lime, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Crush the chopped capsicum, curd, salt, garam masala powder, coriander
leaves, mint leaves and garlic together till the mixture almost
resembles a paste. Marinate the cottage cheese cubes for two hours in
this mixture. Grill or bake in a hot oven till soft and done. Serve
