Name: Cowtown Bbq Sauce
Ingredients: 1 1/4 pt Ketchup; 1 1/2 c Sugar; 1/4 c Apple cider vinegar; 2 tb Molasses; 1 tb Dijon mustard; 2 ts Worcestershire sauce; 1 ts Liquid smoke flavoring; 1 1/2 ts Salt; 1 ts Black pepper; 1/4 ts Onion powder; 1 ts Garlic powder; 1 Splash whiskey

No men are more in danger of this sin than the ministers of the Gospel; none should watch more sleeplessly against it.

2	tb	Molasses
1	tb	Dijon mustard
2	ts	Worcestershire sauce
1	ts	Liquid smoke flavoring
1 1/2	ts	Salt
1	ts	Black pepper
1/4	ts	Onion powder
1	ts	Garlic powder
1		Splash whiskey

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except whiskey and simmer 1 hour, stirring often.
Add splash of whiskey (or brandy) and cook 30 min. more.
