Over the years, I became aware of what seemed to be an emerging pattern in the relationship between income and attendance. It appeared that for a significant percentage of churches, one could take the average attendance and by adding three zeros, come up with a very close approximation of the annual income.

Crab Tomato Bisque

INGREDIENTS

2 c Fat-free half-and-half or
Skim milk
2 Cans condensed tomato bisque
Soup
1/2 c Dry white wine
8 oz Package frozen crabmeat,
Thawed and well drained
2 grams fat per serving

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat half-and half and soup just to boiling in 3-quart saucepan over medium
heat. Stir in wine and crab-meat. Heat until hot (do not boil)
