Cranberry Apple (any Size)

INGREDIENTS

2 c Apples, peeled/shredded
1 c Cranberries, chopped
1 c Carrots, shredded
2 Egg whites, whipped
1/2 c Applesauce
2 1/2 c Unbleached flour
1 1/3 c Granulated sugar
1 T Baking powder
2 t Baking soda
1/2 t Salt
2 t Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven at 350.  Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour.  In
a mixing bowl, combine apples, cranberries carrots, egg whites, and
applesauce.  In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking
powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.  Fill prepared pan(s) 2/3
full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on pan size.  Recipe By     :
