Dave Coulier’s Swordfish With Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS

4 Swordfish steaks
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 T Extra virgin olive oil
4 c Prepared or homemade chunky
tomato sauce
3 T Cilantro, finely chopd
Fresh ground pepper, to
taste
4 T Black olives, minced
1 t Sugar
1/3 c Lime juice
Parsley sprigs, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat broiler. Place swordfish in a shallow baking dish. Rub with
garlic. Drizzle olive oil over fish. Broil for about five minutes on
each side, or until fish flakes easily and is firm in the center. In  a
large pot, combine tomato sauce, cilantro, pepper, olives, sugar  and
lime juice. Warm on Low heat for several minutes. When fish is  cooked,
place on serving platter. Pour tomato sauce mixture on top.  Garnish
