Double-nutted Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS

2 c Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt
1/2 c Butter Or Margarine, softened
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 t Vanilla
2 Rip Bananas, Mashed
1/4 c Cold Water
1 1/2 c Walnuts, Chopped Fine

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix flour, soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl cream butter and
sugar. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and bananas.
Add flour mixture; beat just until blended. Add water; beat just to
blend. Stir in walnuts. Turn into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake in
preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour and 10 minutes or until pick  inserted
in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack 5 minutes.  Turn out on
