Dried Cranberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 c Dried Cranberries
1/2 c Red Wine; Note 1
1 c Water
1/4 c Maple Syrup
1 tb Cornstarch; Dissolved In
2 tb Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Note 1: Original recipe used 1 C red wine
Combine cranberries, wine, water and syrup in saucepan; bring to a boil and
simmer 5 min. Stir in cornstarch mixture and simmer an additional 5 min.
Serve.
Serves 8
This was *very* good. Quick and easy to make also.
