INGREDIENTS

3 c Fresh mushrooms, diced
1 t Margarine
1 t Olive oil
1/2 c Shallots, diced
1/2 c Onions, diced
1 T Soy sauce
1 t Marsala
Salt & pepper
1 pn Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute mushrooms in margarine & oil over low heat for 5 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients & cook, stirring often, until the mushrooms are
tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use to fill pasta dough of your  choice
