Easter Monday Supper Bread

INGREDIENTS

2 c Biskquick
1 c Cooked ham; chopped
1/2 tb Minced onion
2 Eggs
2/3 c Milk
2 tb Salad oil
1/2 ts Prepared mustard
1 1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese
3 tb Butter; melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375. Combine bisquick, ham, onion, eggs, milk, oil,
mustard, and three fourths cup cheese. Mix thoroughly. Spread dough in
greased pie pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Pour butter evenly over
top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
