INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken breasts, boiled
boned and diced
Mayonnaise for spreading
consistency
2 T Durkees dressing
Salt to taste
24 Thin white bread, toasted on
one side only
1 Bunch watercress, stems
removed
1 8-oz cream cheese
3 oz Bleu cheese
1 t Onion salt
1/2 t Garlic salt
1/2 t Black pepper
1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 Avocado, thinly sliced
16 Bacon, crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine chicken meat, mayonnaise, Durkees and salt. Spread chicken
filling on untoasted side of 8 slices of bread. Cover with  watercress.
Combine cream cheese, Bleu cheese, onion salt, garlic  salt, black
pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Spread cheese filling on  8 slices of
bread. Cover with avocado. Sprinkle with bacon. Place on  top of first
slices. Cover with remaining slices of bread, toasted  side up. Cut
