Farfalle With Mixed Mushrooms And Nuts

INGREDIENTS

200 g Farfalle
400 g Assorted mushrooms, *
1/2 t Italian seasoning
1 T Olive oil
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
2 T Coarsely chopped hazelnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Use tasty mushrooms like shiitake, oesterzwammen, etc.  Cook the
farfelle according to instructions.  Meanwhile, clean and slice the
mushrooms. Heat the oil in a skillet.  Add the mushrooms and Italian
herbs. Saute till mushrooms are soft.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a dry skillet, toast the hazelnuts till golden brown.  Drain the
farfelle. Stir in the mushrooms and sprinkle with the  toasted nuts.
