INSTRUCTIONS
In mixing bowl, mix flour and butter with hands - creating sheets. Don't
work too much.
Add ice-cold water. Mix.
Pour out onto cutting board and separate into two piles. Form into pie
crusts. Preferably, use glass pie dishes.
