Gingered Radish And Sugar Snaps

INGREDIENTS

2 tb Non fat vegetarian chicken flavored broth
2 c Halved radishes
2 c Sugar snap peas; ends trimmed
1 md Bell pepper; cored and cut into strips
1 tb Minced fresh ginger
1/4 c Orange juice
1 ts Honey; ( or sugar substitute )
1/4 ts Ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat bullion in a saucepan. Add radishes and saut. for 4 minutes. Add sugar
snap peas, bell pepper, and gingerroot. Continue to saut. until vegetables
are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Mix orange juice, honey, and black
pepper in a small bowl. Stir into the vegetables. Toss to coat with sauce,
and transfer to individual bowls to serve.
