Glazed Roast Pork

INGREDIENTS

5 lb Pork loin roast
2 ts Minced ginger
1/4 c Orange juice
1/2 c Apricot jam

INSTRUCTIONS

Put meat, fat side up, in a roasting pan.  Roast in electric oven at 325
degrees until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees, about 1-3/4 hours.
Combine jam, juice, and ginger; brush onto meat.  Continue cooking until
thermometer registers 170 degrees, basting occasionally with sauce to form
glaze.
