INSTRUCTIONS
Cook rice according to directions on package except substitute cherry juice
for water. This makes the rice pink & gives a very good flavor. Cool rice,
then add remaining ingredients except whipped topping. Mix well. Before
serving, fold in whipped topping. If you do not serve on the same day
mixed, do not fold in the whipped topping until ready to serve. Rice
absorbs acid & will be hard.
