INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium sized bowl, combine the bread crumbs,
onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Dip the potato quarters into
the butter and then roll in the crumb mixture. Place on a greased cookie
sheet and bake for 60 minutes, or until light brown and fork-tender.
