INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fresh -or-
2 pk Frozen green beans; ends removed; cut in half
1 cn (small) artichoke hearts packed in water -or-
1/2 lb Frozen artichoke hearts
1 Fresh red bell pepper; chopped -or_
1 cn Pimiento; rinsed in cold water and chopped
4 Cloves garlic; minced fine
1 c Red wine vinegar (or rice wine vinegar)
1 ts Oregano
1 ts Thyme
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 tb Frozen Apple juice concentrate
1 tb Tamari (or soy sauce)

INSTRUCTIONS
