Green Beans with Onion and Savory

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 lb Fresh green beans
2 tb Chopped fresh savory
1/2 c Vertically sliced purple onion
2 ts Olive oil
1/4 ts Salt
1 ds Freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash green beans; trim ends, and remove strings.
Arrange green beans in a steamer over boiling water; sprinkle savory over
beans. Cover and steam 20 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Combine bean mixture, onion, and remaining 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss
gently. Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
Per serving: 53 Calories; 2g Fat (30% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 9g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 114mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve warm.
