Green Beans With Onions, Butter And Cream

INGREDIENTS

1 Onion, finely chopped
3 T Butter
2 Frozen green beans
defrosted
1/4 c Cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion in butter until soft. Add the green beans and continue
sauteing until green beans are tender. Add the cream and seasonings
and cook for about 5 minutes or until the cream is absorbed.  NOTES :
Entire dish can be prepared earlier in the day and stored in  the
refrigerator.  Heat before serving.  (Also freezes well). Recipe  by:
