Green Beans With Sweet Red Pepper

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Green beans, trimmed
1/4 c Diced sweet red pepper
2 T Toasted sesame seeds
1/2 t Each sesame oil and lemon
juice
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In saucepan of boiling water, cook green beans for 4 minutes or just
until tender-crisp; drain well.  Toss beans with red pepper, sesame
seeds, sesame oil, lemon juice,  and salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2
