INGREDIENTS

1	md	Pear; cored and diced
1	md	Avocado; peeled,pitted,diced
1/2	md	Cucumber; peeled and sliced
4	c	Chopped romaine or read leaf lettuce; or combination
		Splash of lemon juice
		Splash of balsamic vinegar
		Dash of favorite prepared vinaigrette.

INSTRUCTIONS

OPTIONAL TOPPING
Combine pear, avocado, and cucumber in a salad bowl. Add lettuce and toss
well. Serves 6.
