Grilled Asparagus And Ginger-lemon Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Young Tender Asparagus
1 T Fresh Ginger, very finely
minced p
1/3 c Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 c Light Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 T Toasted Sesame Oil
1 t Sugar
Salt And Freshly Ground
Pepper To Taste
1 T Lightly Toasted Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Lightly oil asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Grill over hot
coals until crisp tender and serve warm or at room temperature with
Ginger Lemon Dressing drizzled over. Garnish with toasted sesame
