We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

God Himself does not propose to judge a man until he is dead. So why should you?

CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
Meats Greek Frugal02 1 servings

INGREDIENTS

Lamb; cut into 1" cubes
Olive oil
Garlic
Oregano
Fresh lemon juice
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Lamb cubes about 1-inch square are marinated in olive oil, garlic, oregano
and fresh lemon juice for about 3 hours. The meat cubes are then put on
sticks and grilled over charcoal fires. Your barbecue will do well. Add a
bit of salt and pepper before serving. Do not overcook the meat. This can
be avoided by not creating a flame that is too hot. Just cut down a bit on
the number of charcoal briquets you use.
Comments: This is a simple dish that one sees in the villages outside
Athens and on the islands. It is easy to prepare and the flavors will be
very close to what you would find in beautiful Greece.
