Grilled Marinated Turkey With Corn And Grilled Pepper Rel

INGREDIENTS

6 Boneless skinless turkey
breast halves
1 c Corn And Grilled Pepper
Relish see * Note

1 c Soy sauce, preferably low
sodium
1/2 c Coarsely chopped fresh
ginger
1/2 c Coarsely chopped garlic
1/4 c Fresh lime juice
1/4 c Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Note: See the "Corn And Grilled Pepper Relish" recipe which is
included in this collection.  Combine all the marinade ingredients in a
small saucepan and bring to  a boil. Remove from heat and refrigerate
until cool. Add the turkey  breasts to the marinade and let marinate,
refrigerated and covered,  for 8 hours or overnight. Prepare a wood or
charcoal fire and let it  burn down to embers. Remove turkey breasts
from the marinade and pat  dry, discarding the marinade. Grill the
turkey for about 4 minutes on  each side. Serve immediately, with the
Corn And Grilled Pepper Relish  spooned over. This recipe yields 6
