Grilled Pears With Salad Greens

INGREDIENTS

4 Pears, cut lengthways into
1 cm slices
A little sugar
4 T 'matchstick' cut ginger
fried until crisp
Macadamias or pecans
Salad greens
Dressing of olive, macadamia
oils and
balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle a little sugar on pears and grill until tender and brown.
Pile greens on plate, arrange pears on top and scatter nuts and
dressing. Finally, throw ginger crisps on top.  ~ Pears make a great
fruity snack, a popular dessert or even a  delicious entree. Why not
try this idea with the pears that are in  season now? It will make a
