Grilled Plantains With Spicy Brown Sugar Glaze

INGREDIENTS

6 Ripe plantains, peeled and
sliced
On the bias 1/8-inch thick
1 T Olive oil, for brushing
4 T Brown sugar
1 T Honey
1/2 T Chipotle puree
2 T Chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare grill. Brush plantains with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes
on both sides. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl well.  Brush
on plantains. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe  yields
