INGREDIENTS

6 Ripe plantains; peeled and sliced
On the bias 1/8-inch thick
1 tb Olive oil; for brushing
4 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Honey
1/2 tb Chipotle puree
2 tb Chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare grill. Brush plantains with olive oil and grill for 2 minutes on
both sides. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl well. Brush on
plantains. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields ?
servings.
