4 Portobello mushroom caps; wiped clean
1/4 c Lite soy sauce
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Olive oil
Ground pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk together first 4 ingredients. Dip mushrooms in marinade. Grill them
for 5 minutes on each side, basting frequently. Serves 4 NUTRITIONAL
