Grilled Salmon with Lime Mayo

INGREDIENTS

1 c Mayonnaise
1 Lime; Juice of
1 ts Zest
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper
4 Salmon steaks
1/4 c Melted butter
2 ts Dill
Salt and black pepper
Minced fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

LIME MAYO
Lime mayo: Combine mayo, lime juice, zest, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Chill until ready to use. Salmon: Preheat grill. Brush salmon
with butter on each side. Sprinkle with dill on each side. Season with salt
and pepper to taste. On an oiled rack about 4 from heat, grill salmon until
top side is lightly browned. Turn over. Baste with butter and cook until
fish flakes easily at the touch of a fork. Total time will be about 10
minutes to cook both sides! To serve: Place fish on plates, top with some
mayo, fresh dill and parsley.
Approximately 8-12 minutes.
