INSTRUCTIONS
Interesting, I just ran across this in "Food that Really Schmecks" by
Edna Staebler Scoop out the potato from the skin and beat with butter
until creamy; add sugar and cocoa gradually, then add nuts. Knead
until it will mould, pack into a buttered pan and cut into squares.
