INGREDIENTS

2 md Avocados; seeded, peeled and cut up
1/2 sm Onion; cut up
2 tb Lemon juice
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place cut-up avocados in blender container with onion, lemon juice,
garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Cover and blend until well combined. Makes about 1-1/4 cups. Use this as
a dip for chips or as a sauce with a main dish.
