INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place cut-up avocados in blender container with onion, lemon juice,
garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Cover and blend until well combined. Makes about 1-1/4 cups. Use this as
a dip for chips or as a sauce with a main dish.
