Habanero Citrus Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

3 lb Large Tiger shrimp; shelled and deveined
4 oz Tequilla
4 lg Limes; juice only
1 bn Fresh cilantro*; cleaned and chopped
1 oz Olive oil
2 Oranges or tangerines; zest only
2 Dried habaneros; crushed
1 tb Brown sugar
Citrus fruit pieces; for skewer
Garlic cloves; for skewer
Onion pieces; for skewer

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a non metalic bowl except shrimp - mix well.
2. Marinate shrimp for 1 hour (not longer of they willbecome mushy.
3. After marinating the shrimp, skewer with onions and cloves of
garlic,chunks of oranges, limes and other citrus fruits as desired..
4. Barbeque quickly on hot grill until shrimp turn pink and curl slightly.
Notes: * If you dislike cilantro, use parsely instead.
