Halibut With Scallions

INGREDIENTS

2 T Fresh ginger – minced
1 Clove garlic – minced
2 T Scallions – sliced thin
2 T Sesame oil
2 T Lemon zest
4 Halibut fillets
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ginger, garlic, scallions,
oil and zest. Remove the skin from the fillets. Divide the ginger
mixture and pat evenly on the fillets. Lay a fillet in the center of
an 8 inch sheet of plastic wrap. Fold the plastic to create a tight
package. Repeat with other fillets. In a steamer basket or vegetable
steamer, steam the fillets over simmering water for about 12-14
