Ingredients: 1/2 Bagel; 1 Apple slice (preferably green); 1 sl Cheese; Cookie Sheet; Cinnamon

Are you guarding your heart by living a disciplined life in the pursuit of righteous living and practicing self-control at to what you choose to dwell upon?

Take one round apple slice. But apple on cheese on bagel Put inoven for
5-10 minutes at 350 degrees. BUT WATCH SO YOU DON't BURN it. When chees
starts to melt, its done. Thats it.<
